She teaches at various institutions, with extensive additional training in teaching methodology, and participates in major training projects in the field of HR and Executive Coaching, working with university programs of entrepreneurship as SISCAPEM (Business Training System) in the first edition of his Masters in Executive Coaching Expert, foundations and CIVSEM (Centre for Research in Values), and confederations as CEA (C. Businessmen of Andalusia), while participating in several research groups in an international project European universities and professional meetings.

Álvaro Gómez holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration at UNED (2009), on economics of innovation with Extraordinary Doctorate Award. He graduated in Business Administration and Management from the UNED (2010) and graduated with honors in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Vigo with major in Telecommunications and Diploma in Computer Management from UNED (2004-2006), with award for best academic record in the 2004-2005 academic year at the School of Engineering at the UNED.

He is also Executive MBA and Diploma in Business Administration from the Caixanova Business School, author of over 20 books and numerous articles on ICT, Information Systems and Technology Innovation.

Numa defines himself as a world citizen. For professional reasons, he has been visiting some 38 countries and lived in four of them.

He has been Business Development Manager of Industry and Transport at Sun Microsystems SA (Global Sales Operations) until 2006, and previously COO of Sun Educational Services in the same company since 2000.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and product vision-oriented, Carlos founded Engineers Fractal in 1993 to create vertical clinical management software in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology. Out of this initiative arose Medivector brand, which covers the range of medical applications that are currently used in many hospitals in the country.

His experience in ICT is very diverse and deep, having learned firsthand the software development industry, the manufacture of computer hardware and professional consulting field of ICT and ICT training.

His entrepreneurial activity coexists with consultancy and combine the promotion of a new project in the health and e-Health with the participation in new initiatives to promote university technology based spin-offs and start-ups. He actively participates in programs such as Concept or Woman Company Undertakes of the University of Santiago.

Carlos holds a degree in Physics with specialization in Theoretical Physics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and Executive MBA at Caixanova Business School and currently works as an associate professor in the School of Business ESEUNE (Bilbao), the Caixanova Business School and several Chambers of Commerce.

In 2001 the luxury sector group of Cartier offers him to move to France (Lyon) to implement and manage its European logistics platform for its perfume division.

After the experience of Cartier, he returned to Spain and founded in Barcelona Safiberica MTM, SL a consulting firm specializing in transportation and logistics.

After 5 years of activity in Barcelona and Asturias moved to open new lines of business related hospitality and ICT projects, interested in new collaborative environments, networking and new professional networking with its new online communication channels.

Javier is a graduate of the School of Commerce in Geneva (Switzerland) and graduated from the ASPQ 1998 in ISO 9000 Quality Systems.

In Bridgedworld brings experience in international transport and logistics areas and internationalization. Javier speaks 6 languages (Spanish, French, German, English, Galician, Catalan, Italian) and is currently studying Mandarin Chinese.

He has helped to establish joint ventures and develop new businesses in Latin America, Europe and North Africa, advising large industrial and services companies.

He is an industrial engineer from Tecnológico de Monterey (Mexico), holds an MSc in Information Management from Lancaster University (UK) and an MBA from IMD (Switzerland). He has carried out executive education programs: Commercial Experience Program at IMD and Strategic Negotiations Program at Harvard Business School.

He has extensive teaching experience in areas related to Management Skills and Team Building. Leading social and higher education institutions such as the Autonomous University of Madrid, UNED, the European University in Madrid, ESADE, the Catholic University of Lima and Ibercaja have all placed their trust in him.

During the course of his career, he has successfully led the launch of new companies, business expansion projects, mergers and the penetration of new markets. Manu’s experience on the international scene has provided him with an excellent business background.

An ESADE graduate in Talent Management, he also holds a Coaching qualification awarded by Watterson & Associate and the NATO Certificate. He is currently an expert for Aenor’s 14 Group and a member of ICA (Advisers-Managers’ Institute). He speaks Spanish and English.

Currently I worked as a freelance consultant and assistance professor in the MBA and HR Degree of the University and Business Schools in Seville.

Began his career more than 20 years ago in Deloitte & Touche as Senior Consultant, Manager and Project Manager for Tecnología y Gestión de la Innovación (TGI-TENEO Group), Novotec Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development for Seur Corporation (Spanish leader in urgent transport).

Currently he develops his activity as independent consultant and trainer for a several international consulting & training firms in Strategic and Change Management, Organisation and People Management, Business and Organisational Models, Project Management, Management Skills, Revenue Enhancement, and Innovation Management.

Julio has a MSc. Industrial Engineer ICAI’s degree, and post graduated specialization courses in Strategic Management & Planning, Change Management, Strategic Management of Technology, and e-Business. He speaks fluently Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.

From there, he moved on to the U.S. where he became International Sales Vice President for several major Latin American and Spanish corporations with extensive marketing operations in North America. In this capacity, he created networks of distribution and sales agents in the oilfield equipment, construction and wood product sectors.

He then transferred to Spain to become the International Sales Director for the Spanish Company, Silestone S.A. where by 2001, he had established from the ground up an international sales structure covering 42 countries with annual sales of U.S. $20 million.

He returned to the U.S. in 2002 and has since acted as a consultant for the international trade, tourism, telecommunications and financial services sectors for U.S. based companies looking to expand internationally. He brings this same expertise to BridgedWorld.

Jorge graduated with a Master in International Business from George Washington University and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chile School of Political Science and Economics. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
